We offer a 14 day returns period starting from the day the goods are received. Please fill out the returns form in which would have been enclosed with your order for a refund or exchange. The address to send the goods back to us will be on the returns form.

To qualify for a return, the goods will need to be in the exact same condition they were in when you received them. Missing tags, signs of wear, and/ or any odours upon inspection will result in the goods being sent back to you.

To ensure the goods are returned back to us safely, so we'd recommend resealing the contents with the available adhesive strip on the shipping bag you received your order in, as well as using a tracked delivery service.

If the returned goods accepted, a refund will be credited back to the original payment card within 7 days. Any exchanges will be sent out as soon as possible and you will be notified via email with the tracking information.
